Sheriff Gabe Morgan partnered with the the United States Army Recruiting Command by joining the Army's PaYS program (Partnership for Youth Success).

The Newport News Sheriff's Office, as a corporate partner In PaYS, agrees to consider appropriately qualified soldiers leaving the Army service for positions at the Sheriff's Office.
