Sheriff Gabe Morgan gave opening remarks at the art show sponsored by LINK of Hampton Roads. The event, held at the Peninsula Fine Arts Center, celebrated the art work of homeless artists. Morgan is an advocate for services provided to the homeless population. His deputies provide security at the winter PORT shelters.
